The National Park Service operates 2 campgrounds on a first-come, first-served basis, in Badlands National Park: Cedar Pass Campground and Sage Creek Campground. Sage Creek is a free, primitive facility with no water. Cedar Pass has 4 group campsites that can be reserved in advance.



Cedar Pass Campground
Region: North Unit

Tents and RVs. 4 group campsites. Operated by the National Park Service.

Facilities: Running water. No hook-ups.

Sage Creek Campground

Tents and RVs. Road soft when wet. Primitive facility. Operated by the National Park Service.
