Visitors Center and Programs
Programs: "Palmetto's Wild Outdoor Adventure and Ecology Program"for 8 to 12-year-old children is offered the first two weeks of June. Children participate in "hands on" activities throughout the park with an experienced and certified science teacher. Call the park for information and special package rates that include camping and program enrollment.

Food Supplies and Concessions
Food/Supplies: Available in the nearby historic towns of Luling and Gonzales.

Concessions: Be sure to stop by the Texas State Park Store to rent pedal boats or horseshoes, buy firewood, ice, nature books, post cards, and other Palmetto State Park gifts and souvenirs.
