From I-25: take Highway 34 west through Estes Park to the parks north entrance, or take Highway 36 (also through Estes Park) to the south entrance and park headquarters.

From I-70: Take Highway 40 north to Granby, then head north on Highway 34 through Grand Lake to the parks west entrance.
