Glacier National Park  There are a variety of accommodations in lodges and inns located throughout Glacier National Park. Visitors may choose from rooms in historic grand hotels dating back to the early 1890's, modern motel-type accommodations, or rustic cabins. Reservations are strongly encouraged. Rooms book up fast, especially for the peak months of July and August. Apgar Village Lodge Region: Lake McDonald Located in Apgar Village amid old growth cedar trees at the foot of Lake McDonald. Lake McDonald Lodge Region: Lake McDonald Lake McDonald Lodge presents the same comfortable, homey atmosphere now as it did when it was owned by John Lewis. Many Glacier Hotel Region: Many Glacier Its design was modeled after Switzerland's chalets, and the Swiss theme is carried throughout the hotel. Rising Sun Motor Inn Region: Saint Mary Located near the north shore of Upper St. Mary Lake on the Going-To-The-Sun Road.
