Northeast
Subalpine meadow, subalpine lake basin. Views of Mt. Deception and Needles. Royal Lake is located in the Northeast Region. Wildflowers, wildlife, mountain vistas. Grand and Moose Lake are also located in Northeast Region.

Permit Information
Permits are required and can be obtained at the Wilderness Info. Ctr. In Port Angeles. It costs $5 to camp overnight in the wilderness (groups up to 12 people), plus $2 per person per night. A quota system may be in effect; advance reservations required.

Directions
From Port Angeles, drive east on Highway 101 then head south into the park toward Deer Park.

Information Center
There is a summer ranger station at Deer Park.
