Santa Clara/Mojave Rivers Ranger District (Santa Clara Portion)
Dense trees and sublime wildflowers blanket mountain slopes and ring Pyramid and Piru Lakes. The crystal-clear waters of Agua Blanca Creek feed into Lake Piru as they carve their way through the underlying sandstone. The resulting gorge, Devil's Gateway, is a National Forest treasure not to be missed.

Permit Information
Adventure Passes are required for your vehicle if you park on Forest lands. Daily Pass - $5; Annual Pass - $30 (good for one year from the month of purchase). Buy them at the District Office.

Directions
From Los Angeles, drive north on I-5, past Newhall and Castaic, until you reach the Forest.

Information Center
The only information center in this region is the District Office, located at 4600 Oak Grove Drive, Flintridge, CA 91011.
