If you are a horse lover or simply want to enjoy the backcountry without the hiking, this is your trip. We ourselves don't have horses but have teamed up with an outfitter who provides the horseback portion of the trip while we take care of the rafting.

On our 4 day adventure you will ride on horseback into the backcountry of the Flathead National Forest. They will show you the backcountry trails, dismounting into a true western camp for the night. Riding out in the morning you will meet up with us by noon for the second part of your trip. Feasting with your river guides on our great cuisine while rafting and camping on the Wild and Scenic Flathead River. Price includes all necessary equipment.
